California Market Bakery opened its doors in April of 2004 with the
desire to produce fresh baked products with the finest ingredients.
Our entire product line is hand made in small batches to maintain
quality and freshness. We have a strong commitment to the
environment and recycle all of our waste products, use organic
ingredients and buy from local farms whenever possible. Our eggs are
from free range chickens. We take great pride and effort to bring
you a quality product with exceptional service.The Baker
Kathy McClean, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, began
her career at the internationally acclaimed Acme Bread Company in
Berkeley, California. For over twenty years she honed her skills and
aesthetic sense through her broad experience in the California’s
culinary community. She has resided in Northern Ireland since 2001. The Muffin Man
Vince McClean was born and raised in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. In
the early seventies he moved to California to pursue a worthwhile
employment opportunity. After 27 years of California sunshine, he
has returned to his homeland.
Vince oversees all sales and marketing and can usually be found in
the Dublin food markets. |
